FAKTR
Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab. Instrument-assisted soft-tissue work that Dr. Stephanie is certified to perform through Southeast Sports Seminars.
Cupping
A service using plastic or silicone cups and suction; it can be stationary or move across an area. Dr. Stephanie is certified in cupping therapy.
Dynamic taping
A biomechanical taping technique intended to support an area while allowing movement. It is used in the practice for a range of activity-related concerns.
Craniosacral therapy
A gentle hands-on service offered by Dr. Stephanie. Ask about the visit and whether it suits your needs.
Rehabilitation
Personalized stretches and exercises may be part of a care plan, based on the appointment and provider’s recommendations.
Sports physicals
Pre-participation physical visits are available. Bring the required school or sports form to your appointment.
