Our approach

A considered approach to care.

Treatment should be understandable, specific to the person in front of you and discussed together—not one-size-fits-all.

Start with a conversation.

A new-patient visit begins with personal and family history and an appropriate musculoskeletal examination. Dr. Stephanie shares her findings and talks through possible next steps so patients know what is being proposed.

Care varies with age, stage of life, comfort and the reason for the visit. For babies and children, Dr. Stephanie describes her approach to parents and uses gentle pressure adapted to the child.

Techniques and tools.

Dr. Stephanie practices Diversified and Webster techniques and may use a Drop table, ArthroStim or Activator. Her additional certifications include cupping, FAKTR, craniosacral therapy and acupuncture. Whether an approach is appropriate is discussed directly with the provider.

Clear conversation

Understand the exam, findings and options before deciding what to do next.

Care that adapts

Techniques are selected around the patient, their age and the visit’s purpose.
