Meet Dr. Stephanie Paiva.
A West Des Moines chiropractor with a special interest in pregnancy, pediatrics and postpartum care—and a warm welcome for the whole family.
Back home in Iowa.
Dr. Stephanie Paiva, D.C. was born and raised on a farm in Carroll, Iowa. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Grand View University in Des Moines, graduating summa cum laude.
After college, she moved to Pasadena, Texas, and attended Texas Chiropractic College. She received the Student Keeler Award for diligence and dedication to the chiropractic profession, graduated salutatorian of her class and earned magna cum laude honors in December 2018.
Dr. Stephanie moved to West Des Moines in April 2022 to be closer to family and friends. She is passionate about care for pregnancy, pediatrics and postpartum patients, and enjoys caring for the whole family.
Training and techniques.
Her practice includes Diversified and Webster techniques, and she frequently uses the Drop table, ArthroStim and Activator. She is certified in cupping therapy, FAKTR, craniosacral therapy and acupuncture.
Before moving back to Iowa, Dr. Stephanie served as Texas Chiropractic Association district director for the Leander region and as Vice President of the Texas NextGen committee.
