Serenity Family Chiropractic is based in a home office in West Des Moines, with mobile chiropractic visits also available. The practice was created to make care feel approachable for the whole family—especially when getting everyone out the door is a challenge.

Dr. Stephanie Paiva specializes in preconception, pregnancy, pediatric and postpartum chiropractic care. She also welcomes patients at other stages of life.
